2 Rollers Textile Fabric Calender machine

1. Application:

This product is a 2 rollers calender. The process route is through different queuing combinations of mirror rolls, nylon rolls, wool rolls, cotton rolls, and rubber rolls, so that the fabric can pass through soft and hard calendering areas of different materials at one time.

Calendering effect. Make the fabric smooth, glossy, flat and soft. Mainly used for calendering finishing of pure cotton, chemical fiber, hemp, woolen and blended.

2. Working Process:

This is Calender machine fabric crossing way:

Fabric feeding with tension → fabric guider (or use fabric centering device) → metal detector (to detect small metal) → seam detector (if meet fabric seam, will seperate the rollers, to protect roller) → tension devise → open width (if knitting fabric, need to use special open width roller) → calender process → static eliminator → plaiting outlet or big batcher. 

This machine will get 1 calender nip for fabric

3. Rollers Description:

Above roller in the photo is Nylon roller, its hardness isabout 85-86 SHORE. It can bear Max. 140-150℃ We make with Germany BASF material to make nylon sleeve. Nylon roller purpose is to make fabric get shiny effet and a little hard hand feeling. 

Above photo is wool paper roller, its hardness isabout 85-86 shore C and can bear Max. 140-150℃. It is to make fabric get shiny effet and a little hard hand feeling. If you require very soft had feel, it is best to choose cotton paper roller.

Above photo is cotton Roller whose hardness is 84 SHORE that is softer than nylon roller and wool paper roller. It can bear Max. 140-150℃. It can make fabric get shiny effect and soft hand feeling.This roller is softer than nylon roller, so if you need good hand feel, this roller is the best choice.

4. Specifications: 

(1) Machine supports customization.

(2) Working Width: 1200mm~6000mm, customized as your fabric width

(3) Max. pressure: 80-150Ton, it is customized, pressure larger, roller will be bigger.

(4) Heating Type can be: Oil Boiler Heating (Thermosol Conducting Oil), Electricity pipes Heating,  and Steam heating. 

The thermosol oil heating type is the best to get very unfirm temperature difference ±1 ℃.

The electric pipes heating inside the roller will get temperarure difference ±10 ℃.

So if you have very high requirements for the color unfiomity, you'd better choose thermosol oil heating type.

(5) Fit safety devices like calender Centering device, metal detector, calender seam detector, Anti-static rod and emergency stop device.

(6) Calender high efficiency. Can meet any requirements like glossiness, hand feel and air permeability.

(7) PLC automatic control, can also choose button type to control that will be easier for operate and repair.

(3) Can you give suggestions for heating systems and rewinding systems?

Yes, we can suggest you as your requirements.

Heating Type can be: Oil Boiler Heating (Thermosol Conducting Oil), Electricity pipes Heating,  and Steam heating. 

The thermosol oil boiler heating type is the best way to get very unfirm temperature difference ±1 ℃ to make fabric without any color difference.

The electric pipes heating inside the roller type will get temperarure difference ±10 ℃. This type of normal requirement is no problem, but if you need very high requirements for fabric, to choose thermosol oil heating type will be better.

Steam heating type, if you have steam resources in your factory, it's a good heating type. We will drill the steel heating roller to get holes and fit steam jointer and temperature control valve for you to connet your steam directly.

For rewidning systms, we have plaiter and big batcher to choose.

(4) Do you have machine safety devices for calender machine?

Yes, we have safety guards around the machine and emergency stop switch to keep persons safe.

For fabric, we also have metal detector to move the small iron, when meet small iron, it will stop the machine. And we have seam detector to protect rollers from the fabric seams. when it meet seams, it will stop the machine and seperate the rollers. Furthermore, we will fit static eliminator for you to remove the static after fabric calendering.
