1. Application:

This product is a 2 rollers calender that has 2 steel rollers (we call 2 steel rollers calender hard calender, If 2 rollers are composed of 1 hard roller and 1 soft roller like nylon roller or cotton roller, we will call it soft calender) It is to calender sheet material like plastic, PVC, PTFE and any another materials to make them get flat and smooth effect, or to get thin effect. Some customers will make it to get higher density effect. So this flat sheet calender machine is multi-pupose.

2. Working Process:

This Calender machine will jack up from the bottom roller with oil cylinder to give the pressure to the materail, and set one speed to 2 rollers. And this machine can be 2 types that one type is cold calender, and another type is hot calender.  It depends on customers' requirements.

This machine will get 1 calender nip for fabric

3. Roller details: 

If it is hard calender, it is made of 2 steel rollers that are chrome plated and forged steel, it can bear very hard material and to get hard handfeel.

If it is soft calender, it is made of 1 steel roller and 1 soft roller like nylon (Teflon) roller, cotton roller or wool paper roller to get a little soft hand feel.

We can adjust the rollers distance for you to get required material thickness.

4. Specifications: 

(1) Machine supports customization.

(2) Working Width: 1200mm~6000mm, customized as your fabric width

(3) Max. pressure: 20-150Ton, it is customized, pressure larger, roller will be bigger.

(4) Heating Type can be: Can be cold type or heated type, if heated type, the heating types can be oil Boiler Heating (Thermosol Conducting Oil), Electricity pipes Heating,  and Steam heating. 

The thermosol oil heating type is the best to get very unfirm temperature difference ±1 ℃.

The electric pipes heating inside the roller will get temperarure difference ±10 ℃.

So if you have very high requirements for the color unfiomity, you'd better choose thermosol oil heating type.

(5) PLC automatic control, can also choose button type to control that will be easier for operate and repair.

5. Machine Platform
