Double Pressure 3 Rollers Calender Machine

1. Application:

The middle roller of this product is fixed, and the upper and lower rollers can apply pressure to the middle roller respectively. When the fabric passes through, it can be rolled once or twice. Make the fabric luster uniform, feel good, and save equipment operating costs.

Used for calendering finishing of pure cotton, chemical fiber, hemp, woolen and blended. Specially calender for bedspread (bedsheet ), duvet fabric, curtain fabric, home textile fabric, satin fabric, filter fabric, label fabric,down coat fabric, outdoor sport fabric and etc.

2. Working Process:

The yellow roller in the photo is Nylon roller, we makeis with Germany BASF material. Nylon roller is to make fabric get shiny effet and a little hard hand feeling.

This is calender cotton Roller that can make fabric get shiny and soft hand feeling.

This is wool paper roller, to make fabric get shiny effet and a little hard hand feeling.

The fabric whole process is like this:

Fabric feeding with tension → fabric guider (or use fabric centering device) → metal detector (to detect small metal) → seam detector (if meet fabric seam, will seperate the rollers, to protect roller) → tension devise → open width (if knitting fabric, need to use special open width roller) → calender process → static eliminator → plaiting outlet or big batcher
