Machine Process: 

Entry with Infrared centering device→ double drying cylinders → brushing → 4 burners singeing → padder → upper 7 down 6 rollers Skew unit→ 2 stack 24 cylinders dryer → Plaiting → 2nd entry of fabric → spray moisture →double steam cylinder moisturized → skew unit→ rubber blanket preshrinking → blanket finishing → 2 cooling rollers → plaiter exit

Application:

It is used for denim fabric singeing, sizing, slanting, drying, and pre-shrinking finishing, so that the product can meet the requirements of shrinkage rate, dimensional stability, hand feeling and surface smoothness.

Main Specification:

(1) Nominal width: 1800-3600mm.

(2) Rubber Blanket: imported products from USA DUNLINE brand or DAYTEX, thickness is 67mm.

(3) AC variable frequency drive, designed speed 5-100m/min.

(4) Pre-shrinkage rate: ≤18%   

(5) Water shrinkage is adjustable (min. to 0-1%)

(6) The six-roller bristle box is equipped with a special suction fan.

(7) Three fire mouths can be 2 positive and 1 reverse singeing. Heat source: gasoline, liquefied gas, natural gas, etc.

(8) Number of drying cylinders series: 30, 36, 40, etc.

(9) The pressure-bearing roller diameter is φ616mm, and the diameter of the drying cylinder: φ2500mm and 3 φ570mm.

(10) The front and rear cars can be combined into one machine, or divided into two machines for use.
