1. Application:

3. Weft Straightener Working principle: 

Several detection heads and their corresponding light sources are uniformly distributed within the width of the fabric, and the fabric runs between the detection head and the light source bulb. Each weft yarn will affect the brightness of the light measured by the detector head. The detector receives the alternating light and dark signal. The detector collects the signal, compares and analyzes the weft yarn angle, and sends it to the upper computer for processing: the computer judges the number The detection head weft oblique weft arc quantity, immediately drives the oblique and bending actuator to automatically correct the fabric weft oblique and weft arc.
