Textile fabric Moisture/ Humidity Device

Textile fabric Humidity Device is used for getting humidity to be intalled on textile stenter machine, sanfoirzing machine, pakcing machine, singeing machine and calender machine. 

Its working principle is： The liquid is instantly atomized and sprayed out under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, with sufficient impact force to overcome the resistance formed by the hairiness on the surface of the fabric, ensuring that the liquid can be sprayed deep into the fabric fibers.

Characteristics:

1. Each spray disc has a fixed spray range to ensure uniform cutting and continuity.

2. The amount of water sprayed can be set according to the process requirements. 

3. During operation, the humidifier system automatically follows the machine speed to ensure equal liquid volume。

4. The water spray automatically follows the machine speed throughout the process.

5. When the textile machine stops working, the humidifier system will also stop spraying.

6. Our humidifier equipment is equipped with a recovery tank to receive and recycle the liquid that is not absorbed outside the fabric width.

This humidity device has single side spraying and moisturizing type and double sides spraying and moisturizing type.
