1. Product Application:

This machine can be used widely in textile filed for dyeing, sizing and squeezing for woven and kntting fabrics. It can be used on stenter machine or curing machine.

2. Working Principle:

The working principle of the stepless pressure-adjustable uniform roller is that a steel sleeve rotates around a fixed eccentric shaft core. The sealing discs at both ends of the shaft core and the sealing strips installed along the axial sides divide the annular gap between the steel sleeve and the shaft core into two semicircular cavities. The cavity facing the nip is pressurized by hydraulic oil or heated heat transfer oil, and the other side is an oil-free cavity or an oil return cavity. By controlling the pressure of the oil inlet cavity and the pressure difference between the two oil cavities, the bending deformation of the roller wall can be changed and controlled, so that the line pressure of the entire roller width can be adjusted steplessly, thereby ensuring that uniform and stable line pressure can be achieved within the width range of the cloth.
