Textile Fabric Singeing Machine

1. Application: 

Textile fabric Singeing machine is used for making the fabric quickly pass through the flame of the singeing machine or rubbed over the red hot metal surface in the state of open width to remove the fluff on the surface of the fabric to obtain a smooth surface. 

The singeing burners can be cusomized to sell.

◆Cotton fabric Singeing Procedure:

Open width feed → active spreader → brushing → singeing → flat washing → Bitcher (or plaiting)

◆Chemical fiber and its blended fabric Singeing:

Open cloth feeding → active spreader → brushing → singeing→ steam fire extinguishing → cooling roller cooling → Batcher (or Plaiting)

Burners are copied from Germany Osthoff (high temperarure)

Can add cold pad batcher desizing device.
