1. Sanforizing (pre-shrinking) machine Decription:

(1) Textile Sanforizing machine is used for wet, pre-shrinking, and carpet finishing of pure cotton, polyester-cotton, linen-cotton and blended fabrics, so that the fabric can meet the requirements of shrinkage rate, dimensional stability and improved feel.

(2) Nominal width: 1800-3600mm.

(3) AC variable frequency drive, design speed: 10-80m/min.

(4) Pre-shrinkage rate: ≤18%

(5) Rubber blanket: imported products from USA DUNLINE brand or DAYTEX

(6) Diameter of pressure roller: φ616mm with imported bearings

The outer diameter of the drying cylinder: φ2000mm and φ1000mm or φ2500mm and 3 φ570mm.

(7) Moisture: 1 or 2 wet rollers for steam permeation, or a dedicated wet box.

(8) Dedicated frequency modulation motor, automatic display of shrinkage, man-machine interface operation.

(9) Add glycerin (or kerosene) to the grinding roller, and can be equipped with axial movement.
