1. Application:

2. Features:

The soft-faced roller of this equipment adopts separated zones crown (mid-high) controllable technology. The inner main shaft of the high-elastic nylon sleeve of the rotating roller is equipped with two rows of pressurized piston units according to the length direction. The pressure between the nip points can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the width of the fabric. Make the pressure part of the roller just the width of the processed fabric.

There is a hydraulic pull-back device in the nylon sleeve, which ensures rapid pressure release through the support elements placed at the left and right ends of the shaft, and pulls back the two sides of the high-temperature sensitive nylon sleeve in time, thereby avoiding the non-cloth area and heating at both ends of the nylon sleeve. Direct contact with steel rollers. Keep the surface of the nylon sleeve that is not covered by fabric from being burned.

The nylon sleeve rotates on a controlled hydraulic oil film, and using hydrostatic bearings, there are no wear and sealing problems.
