1.Application:
This model can be used for fabric dispersion, activity, acidity, and engraving printing processes at the same time. The heat source can be heat conduction oil, medium pressure steam, natural gas, etc., and the low temperature process can also use ordinary steam. Low temperature and humidity can adopt two methods: external saturated steam generator or boiling water in the box. Under the conditions of constant temperature and stable humidity, the cloth surface can be fully colored and the pattern is bright and full. At the same time, the engraved pattern has clear outline, vivid color and strong three-dimensional effect.

3.Technical characteristics:
(1)The unique humidification device uses the siphon principle to fully atomize the water, and under the action of auxiliary steam, it stably controls the temperature and humidity in the steamer. The nozzle can be disassembled and restored without stopping, which improves production efficiency and guarantees product quality.
(2) Super strong aluminum alloy cloth hanging roller structure, no need to insert silicone strips or outsourcing glass fiber, which reduces maintenance and saves costs.
(3) The structure of the energy-saving saturated steam generator reduces the production cost without considering the quality of the external steam.
(4)The steam circulation duct components in the steam box are made of special aluminum alloy material, which further improves the overall corrosion resistance of the machine.
(5)The electrical control has a high degree of automation, all parameters can be set on the touch screen, and the operation is simple and easy to understand.
4. Machine structure:
(1) Cloth frame: mainly includes cloth feed frame, cloth tightener, cloth guide roller, etc.
(2) The main steaming box: mainly includes the steam-inlet sealing box, the head section of the steaming box and the end of the steaming box as well as several middle sections (each middle section has a cloth capacity of 70 meters: two circulating fans, two heat exchanges Device, two sets of steam humidification nozzles, etc.), top auxiliary heating tube with steam heating, illuminated observation window, looped cloth feed roller, looped mechanism, chain track, cloth hanging roller track, cloth hanging roller, main drive, Distributing speed regulating device with cloth capacity detector, distributing steam sealing box, centrifugal exhaust fan, etc.
(3) Automatic humidification device: It is composed of high-pressure water pump, high-pressure water storage bag, electromagnetic pneumatic angle seat valve, humidity probe, mixing nozzle, etc., which can control the humidity of steam in the steamer according to process requirements.
(4) Saturated steam generator: The specially designed saturated steam generator does not require external steam to generate saturated steam, which makes the external steam consumption of the entire steamer extremely low.
(5) Hot oil circulation system: mainly includes heat exchanger and its connecting pipes.
(6) A set of temperature regulation system: the middle section of the steaming machine used for heating the heating oil circulation, mainly including temperature detectors, temperature controllers, electric three-way regulating valves, etc.
(7) A set of pipe fittings: used for the main steaming box, mainly including steam drum, connecting pipe fittings, stop valve, trap, etc.
(8) Power control cabinet: mainly includes programmable controller, man-machine interface operation panel, AC inverter, main switch and button indicator.
(9) AC motor drive: mainly includes AC motor, synchronization device, control device, control cabinet, etc.
