1. Performance introduction:

This series overflow automatic alkali reduction machine is a normal temperature overflow machine integrating bleaching and alkali reduction treatment, which is improved by our company on the basis of absorbing the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, through repeated tests and market research. The equipment is mainly used to improve the texture of chemical fiber fabrics such as artificial silk through a reduction process, so as to achieve a silk-like soft touch, thereby improving its quality and value.

This model can be divided into three types: 800KG (HZ800 type)/1000KG (HZ1000 type)/1200KG (HZ1200 type) according to the conventional cloth capacity, the maximum cloth speed can reach 200m/min, and the maximum working temperature is about 98 degrees.
