How is Calender machine Working?

Calender is the process of textile finishing part. It can get fabric smooth, shiny, flat and good hand feel. 

Generally calender machine for textile fabric has several rollers like steel heating roller, cotton roller, nylon roller (teflon roller), and wool paper roller. It will get some different combinations fo different rollers to get different effects.

Calender machine will be fit with a hydraulic, it will jack bottom rollers to the middle roller, wehn fabric go through the rollers, will get a pressure.  When we will set a speed and temperature for the steel heating roller.
