Sanforizing machine is also called pre-shrinking machine. Equipment for mechanical preshrinking of fabrics. It means that the fabric uses the expansion, contraction and deformation of the elastic blanket to increase the weft density and warp weave to a certain degree under suitable wet and hot conditions, thereby having a relaxed structure. When the fibers are swollen and mixed, they no longer cause warp To shorten the length, it has the effect of significantly reducing the shrinkage rate of the finished product.

There are two types of shrinking machines. 

(1) Blanket type pre-shrinking machine. After uniformly dampening and short-distance, the whole fabric is pressed tightly on the small roll diameter feeding roll by the electric heating shoe. The stretched surface of the 4-18mm thick blanket enters the large drying cylinder, using the curvature of the blanket surface when it leaves the feeding roll. Shrink to recover deformation. Finally, it is dried by a blanket drying device to improve the stability of the pre-shrinking effect. After this finishing, the shrinkage rate of the fabric can generally be reduced to 1% 

(2) Rubber blanket type preshrinking machine. Heat-resistant, wear-resistant and elastic rubber blankets are available in thicknesses of 25.4mm, 50mm, 67mm. The thicker one has better pre-shrinking effect.

When the rubber blanket enters the nip point of the cloth feed roller and the pressure-bearing roller heated by steam, it becomes thinner and elongated under the pressure of the cloth feed roller, but it shrinks again after leaving the nip point. When the evenly moistened fabric enters between the rubber blanket and the pressure-bearing roller, it shrinks with the above-mentioned recovery shrinkage deformation of the rubber blanket. Finally, it is dried by a blanket drying device to improve the stability of the pre-shrinking effect. 2.fabric spon-ging and shrinking machine is a machine for pre-shrinking the sewing material. After the sewing material is wetted, vibrated and baked, the density of the tissue increases, the surface is fluffy, the size is stable after the garment is made, and the appearance is rich in layers. The pre-shrinking machine is a necessary pre-processing equipment for processing high-end garments, especially garments with large sewing shrinkage.
