1. Feeding part.
The structure is relatively simple. It consists of a trough and a roller. The cloth enters the trough with chemical materials, and then the excess chemical materials are squeezed clean by the rollers. Therefore, the chemical material carried by the cloth is very uniform, which is a prerequisite for obtaining high-quality shaped cloth.
What we should pay attention to here is to always pay attention to whether the pressure on the left and right sides of the roll is consistent, otherwise, the side with the lower pressure is more material, and the side with the higher pressure is less, and the cloth will have quality problems such as left and right inconsistencies.
2. Weft trimmer.
The current shaping machine is equipped with Mahlo RFMC94H photoelectric weft straightener. There are four sets of sensors on the Mahlo photoelectric weft straightener. Each set of sensors includes light-emitting and light-sensitive parts. The weft can be produced through photoelectric effect. .
The action part adopts a hydraulic system. When the signal of the weft skew size is transmitted back to the control main board, the control main board will issue a command to drive the hydraulic system to adjust the angle of the curved roller or the straight roller to correct the weft skew. Specifically: when there is a difference between the center of the cloth and the two sides, the curved roller will move; when there is a difference between the left and right sides, the straight roller will move.
3. The chain part.
The stenter of the cloth on the setting machine is produced by the chain. The chain of the setting machine is driven by a high-power motor near the place where the cloth falls. The chain is equipped with a needle plate. When the cloth enters the chain, the cloth is pressed on the needle plate by the brush wheel on the cloth pressing wheel. Enter the oven under the drive of two chains.
The chain of this setting machine is different from other setting machines. It can separately control the stretching of each pin clip to achieve good results. Some setting machines cannot adjust each pin clip, but can only be adjusted to Rectangle or trapezoid.
